there was (1968-1974) a GN-Nikkor 2.8 45mm lens that deserves the "pancake"
mention. Also a Konica one, not to say the 45mm Tessar for Y/C, that
originally sold as budget lens now is costier than a 50mm Planar 1.4 (and
1.7 of course).

And my "35 DC" boasts an F-Zuiko 1.7 40mm that looks a sort of leica-like
lens.
