But that's exactly my point. If a consumer grade package like that correctly
locates a street address in a matter of seconds I find it hard to believe
that whatever FedEx is using can't do at least the same thing.
By the way - can anybody offer any suggestions on how to find out the name
and address of B&H's chief corporate customer relations officer so I can
file a written complaint directly with her/him? I found out from the New
York BBB web pages that a Mr. Schreiber is the company's president, but I
guess his name alone won't help me. Or should I better go ahead and directly
file a complaint with the BBB, which I found out is possible online on their
pages?
