I have one like-new, with all the paperwork. It's a 9 elements, 8 groups
design. If you need a cross-section diagram, and have the ability to view
JPEG files, I'll scan it in and e-mail it to you (same goes for everyone
else who's curious -- pls speak up).
IMHO, the 35-70mm F3.5-4.5 is a great little lens, although it cannot
beat the true champ -- Zuiko 35-70 mm F3.6. At the price you paid --
it's a steal. According to the esteemed John H., the 35-70mm F3.5-4.5
was manufactured for OLY by Tokina.

I don't think the two should be compared. I mean, the 35-70mm F3.5-4.5
actually contains real glass, whereas the Cosina-made OLY zoom appears
to be entirely man-made. :-)
