No argument with 70-200/4 for travel --remarkable goes to 0.5 mag at all FL's,
nice and sharp and good bokeh. Even Dustin Abbott liked it and doesn't really
take to slow tele zooms.

The 20-70/4 is a weird lens but is versatile and small. Not sure I like the
linear distortion with resultant softish corners at the wide end but hey, all
lenses are compromises. It doesn't have the pizazz or coolness factor but if
you want a very useful quite wide nl, AF lens for travel, why not. I have
primes like the Loxia 25 and CV 40/1.2 that either have micro contrast in
spades or character, but only good for landscape or nothing moving fast. I
sometimes use the C/Y 35-70 due to the micro-contrast and that it remarkably
out-resolves the sensor at most FL's but am tiring of the hassle. AF at present
is relegated to MFT. The CV 90/3.5 and 180/4 are tiny (OM mount) and adapt
well on Sonnie.
Not sure I like the big boy either compared to the svelte MFT options.
A foot in 3 camps, Mike (OM, MFT, Sonnie)
