bit for the photo.
And it follows from the second that your photo does credit to its subject -
and I am hungry!
Do you know which "variety" of salmon that is? I assume Pacific of one sort
or another.
Absent info on the menu, I assume it's farmed Atlantic. More than fine for prep
using a lot of other flavor.
I wouldn't want that prep for Spring run Copper River salmon from Alaska, for
example. KISS applys there.
