Approved, Moose:
The venue - museums and art galleries are generally great places to eat
well st reasonable prices;
The food - presentation is as important as ingredients;
The exhibition!
And it follows from the second that your photo does credit to its subject -
and I am hungry!
Do you know which "variety" of salmon that is? I assume Pacific of one sort
or another.
