How fun!
The first vehicle I owned was much like the "1952 Vespa Allstate, for the US
market"
Light blue, with the long, one piece seat, I recall it as labeled Sears, but Allstate was part of Sears, and memory
fades after 60 plus years. I bought it used, probably in 1961 or 2.
It was my only means of transport after I moved out of my parent's house. Perfect for UC campus, as there was plenty of
free parking for such things on campus.
