Sonnie's recent models still have the obligate spatial filtering (star eater) 
and the BSI sensors do run HOT.  The site does not recommend that A7RIII be  
converted--and have to use a filter for non astro shots.  Perhaps use of a 
dedicated body is best.  Rather like a Kolari mod for a stable of wide red dot 
lenses. Oly cams I see listed as eligible are E3 and E5.  
Interesting though.
