Thank you, David. It may be something similar. Moose said he was
receiving them, and it isn't really important for them to come back to
my screen, so, for the present, I'm leaving it status quo.

Not sure if it's related, but it's quite common for an ISP or mail
provider to block inbound mail from it's own e-mail addresses (or
domains). As most systems whitelist the domain or user lists, spoofing
the recipient's own address was a great way to shoehorn spam or malware
past the scanning system.
At my last job, I had to turn off the 'send me a copy' option on the
Oly list control panel for myself - if I sent a message to the list, my
e-mail address showing as the source on a message coming in from outside
would cause a message bounce and a complaint from the list software.
