[OM] IMG: A Walk Around the Yard

I took a walk around the yard  to enjoy the sunshine.  The first things 
I noticed were the first Daffodil blooms of 2021.  These bulbs were by 
the roadside when we bought the lot to build our house, 55 years ago.

Next, I looked at the remains of the fallen pine tree that plunged our 
neighborhood into darkness during a recent ice storm when it uprooted 
from soft wet ground and fell across the corner of my fence at the 
junction of three back yards, taking down power, telephone and fiber 
optic service.

Finally, I took a close look at the fiber optic repair that was done in 
the dark on the night of the incident.  I didn't realize that the fiber 
service feed to my house was also down in the snow until the following 
morning.
