Wow! I've not heard of the big two of NYC selling different packages. Sony is making/packaging two different versions? 
There's a $70 price difference.
AANND - - - NOPE

The list I cut and pasted from the B&H web site yesterday has changed by today to replace the Charger with AC adapter. 
And - - - the Manual I looked at on their site yesterday has been replaced with a new, glitzier one, sans charger.
So, you probably would have received the same package from B&H.

Possible improvement: The ubiquitous 3rd party chargers that come with their spare batteries seem all to have a 12v 
input socket; some with cable, some not. As we travel in a small RV, this is a big deal to me; no inverter needed to 
charge batteries.
