Congrats!
I certainly have enjoyed my A7 as a home for various old FF MF lenses, from Alpex to Zuiko. Wonderful with the 20/2 and
38/28 macro lenses!
The closest I've come to wanting an AF lens for it is the 100mm f/2.8 GM STF
lens.
I recently got a notice from B&H letting me know I could pre-order Sony's
newest offering, a 400mm f2.8 . . . for $11,198. Ugh!!!! Sounds like a fine
offering. I'll keep buying my lottery ticket.
Win enough to hire a Sherpa, too. ;-)
