You want the finest steaks possible, look for beef from "creekstone farms."
Groqn generally in Kansas, it is processed in a plant designed bt Temple
Grandan. It is specially designed to be humane for the cown and same and injury
free for the workers.
But it's probably where they buy the cows. Think of the best steak from Ruth's
Chris Steakhouse.
