Not mine - my trusted and trustful butcher gets up early morning and picks up 
his troves with his own van from trusted and trustful farmers, and brings them 
to the slaughter house himself.
I happen to live in the countryside now where traditions are still vivid. And 
the taste for good and safe food survives beautifully here :-) At NO extra cost.
