The second, smaller bag, carries... microflash
IMPOSTER! You’re not “Dr. No Flash!"
I'll admit there are exceptions. But lets see . . .
2008 - 186, 17 300 mm shots of a graduation in a dark hall. The rest party
people shots.
2009 - 9, 6 were due to mis-setting of P&S
2010 - 1, confused P&S
2011 - 8, I can't figure out the 6 cat shots. They were with E-M5, and there's
no flash shadows.
2012 - 194, almost all in a cave
2013 - 200 flash shots, in a cave or two where there was no other lighting. I
also shot some using LED flashlights.
2014 - 26, a few documentary, a few testing tele fill flash in dark woods with
the GX7 built-in flash.
2015 - , a few documentary, almost all party people shots (and a great set,
too!)
2016 - 1, confused P&S
2017 - 14, all documentary
Total shots 51,250. Flash = 1.1%
The late, lamented Dr. Flash didn't use flash for even a majority of his pics.
I do carry the tiny add-on flash that came with the E-M5 IIs in the bag, just in case, but have as yet never used it
beyond testing that it works. There are certainly places where flash is the only solution; I just don't like it, so it's
my last option.
Note it's not "Dr. No Add-on Light". I do occasionally use continuous light. LEDs have made this practical. No EXIF to
tell me when, though.
Still Dr. No Flash

What if the Hokey Pokey *IS* what it's all about?
