I also have a B+W 49 mm KR1.5, which is, depending on where you look, similar to an 81A or
81B. Also, a 72 mm B+W 010 filter, which has <<a much sharper cut-off than the
others, although not starting until about 400 nm.
Yikes, better decide soon. I think the 35 shift (49mm front filter) Z. 50
1.4, CV 90/3.5 (49mm filter), CV 180/4 (49mm), Z 24mm/2.8, Z 21 f2. Otherwise
not clear yet.
Were I in your situation I would buy a 29 mm 2A filter. It has the best curve and one would cover five of the above
lenses. You could borrow a B+W 55 mm K3 from Moose for the 21/2.
- Wratten 2A in Series VII size and a series VII=> 49 mm filter holder. The
filters are available cheap used on the 'Bay
- The Tiffen Haze 2A is inexpensive. One might assume from the name and description, "Absorbs virtually all UV light"
that is is at lest close to the Wratten 2A.
- The B+W 2A ish filter #420 is discontinued, and not common.
