I hoped that I might find a sympathetic soul from the other side of the world.
And while on the subject of sh1t systems, my roaming profiles don’t sync. I
can be presenting (on a lecture-room machine) to a class of 20 and have the
“Your profile is too big . . .” message which freezes my Powerpoint session and
requires a re-boot. More often than not I end up doing the talk from memory
and saving time, though :-)
