Individual productivity is irrelevant in this day and age. It's all
about efficient collaboration - this is where content-sharing tools and
calendaring mail clients come to the fore.
So instead of just having one person sitting around with their thumb up
their a*** waiting for the resource-strapped processor to present the
data it has to get from the poorly-configured and overloaded
network-attached storage across the error-ridden and over-utilised
network, you can have the whole team doing nothing! The phrase "monday
morning team meeting" comes to mind... :)
