There’s a rather odd warning at the foot of each page:
"* Notice: Consuming raw or undercooked meats, poultry, seafood, or eggs may
increase your risk of foodbourne illness.”
Does it mean short-term food poisoning or the long-term effects of eating meat
flooded with antibiotics and other medicines? In addition I’d be tempted to
offer them the more appropriate spelling of, “food-borne”.
