Both Ric Carter and Tina have mentioned the blooms of the Tulip Poplar
tree recently, so, having two such trees, I went out to see what I could
find. The smaller tree had none, but the larger tree has more than in
previous years, so I assume that they bloom more as they get older.
Compared to Magnolia blooms, they are much smaller and harder to see, but
the pastels are quite pretty.
