Very different than here. Our small irises are long past and the first big,
bearded one just opened a few says ago.
These were basically cropped and resized from the E-1 RAW images. The camera
did the work.

No masking or fancy tricks, lower brightness/exposure a bit, LCE (some slider called Wonderfulness, Clarity, Oomph,
whatever) and a bit of Curves.
