I've not had such a thing on a browser tab but I've had an experience of a
dialog box full of Chinese characters (not sure what these are in your
screenshot). Turns out my Apple id was hacked by a Chinese guy and the
dialog box was a message asking if I wanted to keep my home location as
Beijing.
I would be rather apprehensive (sorry)...
