Thanks Chuck - I have no definite opinion so far.
The files were posted because two lugger-friends were arguing the pros and cons
of fuji v nikon and FF v APS-C
What I think right now is that the dials and settings on the N are far easier
to adjust.
The fuji is less expensive and lighter on the shoulder than the N was.
The end result for screen display may be quite similar in terms of IQ.
I don't know yet if fiddling with the files in LR is less time consuming with
one or the other.
I haven't checked the in-camera produced JPEGs either - this will be my next
point of attention as the fuji is excellent at that and I had never shot jpegs
with the Nikon.
