Thank you for the warm welcomes. Actually, I was here, just reading and didnt
feel like posting anything*. I even skipped the beer trail from couple of
months back, despite being so curious why Ralf doesn't like Peroni. IMHO, this
is the best beer of that style you can find in the US .
I am glad that you enjoyed the tour. Those are the pictures that I chose for
the photo book I am preparing for Alex. My original plan was to have it done by
Christmas, but it wont happen*...I am having difficulties with laying out stuff
in Blurb's software. I can take suggestions for other companies that I could
use. My biggest problem is sizing a picture and placing it so the margins would
be the same width.
Picture 627 is the one that I had hard time finding. It will be better after
some cropping and light adjustments. Feel free to moosificate it any way you
feel. Same for the rest of the set. Cudos to Moose for giving 1118 the nod.
I dont get pleasure in making the life of others more difficult than it should
be. Where I am getting with this: I didnt purposely write my previous message
the way it came out. It was Yahoo's idea to send it as such. I know in general
where a word ends and always leave an empty row between paragraphs. Now, since
I have time to kill*, I am going to divorce Yahoo, our relationship has been
always on the rocky side...If you have good experience with another email
provider, feel free to share.
I do like AG's website and really dont understand the "mouse intensive"
comment. Also, I always found it easy to navigate and was especially found of
the color scheme. Maybe I am missing something. Only complaint would be the
labor intensive process of uploading. I uploaded everything in Photobucket in
less than a minute, but did not provide the link, because people on the list
have always complained about the website...
<snip>
We were renting houses anddespite having all the amenities, we ate out. The
food was edible, unlike
thefood found in the tourist destinations. Speaking of San Franciscans, did
youknow that one can
smoke pot in public transportation…:)I really wanted to have a picture of the
iconic
SanFrancisco bridge, but it wasn’t meant to be. There was entirely too much
fog.Well, you see
my best effort…On the way to Mount Carmel, starting picture 452.
Confusion. 439 is a classic view of the GG Bridge, the best on a foggy day for
many tourists. BUT, it's heading North, and a day earlier. The nearest Mount
Carmel is South, inland from the town of Carmel. Is that where you mean?

In the original message there were two rows between the last sentence and the
previous ones, meaning that it was a sentence of a new paragraph.
Alex likes vehicles that could traverse difficult terrains and despite not
having interest in photography, he is familiar with AA's car and just as Chuck
and I, that was the first thing that came to his mind.
Thanks for pointing out to me that there are two identical shots, Moose. I
guess you paid more attention to the photos than I did...:)
It is not going to be a fine art book, but I believe that it would be a good
memory book for Alex, especially once the extensive text descriptions are
included.
Best
Boris
