Well, since Nathan does little or no post-processing, perhaps JPGs from a good
source would be more suitable than he (or you) have hitherto considered.
I must admit that I occasionally click the “Enhance” button in Aperture even
with JPGs, but more often will revert to the Raw file that I’ve taken at the
same time.
“Medium Rare”? Is that a Tasty Moose? :-)
