The dial is probably part of the entire model dial which is inside the camera and
connected by a flex circuit. Not a home repair. I wouldn't be too quick to ship off to
Olympus "Service" in El Paso Texas.
I think Olympus is investigating the possibility of opening their own service
center. Their desperate move to Precision Camera repair has been a disaster.
