The dial is probably part of the entire model dial which is inside the
camera and connected by a flex circuit. Not a home repair. I wouldn't
be too quick to ship off to Olympus "Service" in El Paso Texas.
I think Olympus is investigating the possibility of opening their own
service center. Their desperate move to Precision Camera repair has
been a disaster.

Did you buy these cameras new? Did you register them with Olympus? If
so you should have been advised that there was a recall of E-M5s because
of the crack in the LCD cover. See
<http://www.olympusamerica.com/cpg_section/cpg_support.asp> You should
be able to send them to Olympus (at their expense) to have them repaired.
I don't know about the rear control wheel. It looks like the plastic
shaft has broken off. If the camera is still under warranty I should
think that would be fixed free of charge as well and at the same time. I
wouldn't try to fix this myself. I think a proper repair will require
at least partial disassembly of the camera since the broken shaft
appears to descend into the camera.
I received the notice of the LCD cover crack perhaps as long as a year
ago. My camera was not affected. I sure hope my rear control dial
doesn't break off.

Hi all,
I have been enjoying these cameras and lenses, specially with the Leica
25/1.4 for a while. The other day I was cleaning the camera with a cloth
and the program wheel came out and I cannot put it back again. I can't
believe it! I never had to repair my OM4Ti in many years of use. I would
like to fix the screen in both cameras because it has a small crack on
the
plastic bezel at the bottom in the center. I guess it's a manufacturer
defect. Do you know where can I buy at least the wheel to put it back? I
don't want to waste hundreds of dollars because of the wheel.
