Adobe has already sent me something they call PhotoShop 2014.
It surprised me by installing as a new app, as did the old, discrete, PS
upgrades.
I also got an email leading me to a site with details of the changes/additions.
As we were about to leave town, I've not even opened it yet.
So maybe you folks are behind? :-)
