Deckel mount - Deckel was the original name of Compur - the shutter people.
Used on the Kodak Retina Reflex and the last Retina folder, Braun Paxette
Reflex, Voigtlander Besssamatic.
Each one is slightly different - this appears to be the Bessamatic version.
But the Balda before Curtagon bothers me.
Curtagon is the name used by Schneider for it's 28mm and 35mm lenses.
Balda Werk is a very different company which AFAIK never made a camera with
interchangeable lenses and never actually made a lens!
