Had a similar experience this morning. Went to check email at 0730 and
found the 19CL landline to be completely dead. Called in to establish a
service ticket. Then the line went from dead to noisy "in use" until it was
repaired around 1045. I was surprised at how quickly the problem was taken
care of.
