One of my favourte dishes at a local Chinese resto is 'Mixed Intestines in
Mandarin Sauce'. It's a house specialty and they sell a lot of it in takeaway
containers too. I once complained, tongue in cheek, because I found a pig's ear
in it - "It's not an intestine!"
