I've never even seen a Contax in original form.

Haven't you seen a Contax AX so converted? I didn't think they were

Just had a thought... How about someone makes a MOUNT conversion, not the
lens but a body. Canon, Nikon to accept OM lenses. Perfect for Sony, as
their greatest weakness is the think lens lineup.
