It is. Even by those of us who know better.
In fact, just to be sure I was right, I went to the source. "endowed by their
creator with certain unalienable rights . . ." TJ's assorted capitalizations
left out because I didn't want to check again. As I recall, unalienable was
lower case, but Rights was upper case.
