As we have right on red for cars, that seems ok to me, but using one way
streets in the wrong direction? That's dangerous and stupid. Some cyclists
will be taken from the gene pool, and that's probably good.
Are your cyclists like the ones here that think that traffic laws don't
apply to them? And get mad when the make an unsignalled sweeping turn in
front of a car and the car honks and squeals its brakes?

Belgium changed the laws such that cyclists can use all one-way streets in
either direction, and they can do a right on red. Could be seen as an
acceptance of what already happened, but it was to encourage more cycling
and clarify what car drivers should expect. Certainly made me more cautious
on 'one-way' streets.
