My experience on Australian freeways is to move to the outside
(slow) lane to pass the slow traffic in the inside (fast) lane.
I often find if I simply stay in the slow lane I get places faster..
Perths worse, everyone sits on 90 in the 80k zones, then
once you hit the 100k zones on the freeway everyone sits
on 80.
Honestly, they need to educate all the americans here..
I can remember when people would sit on 110 in the 100 zone,
and 90 in the 80 zone, and above Menzies 200 was fine,
the way its ment to be - I'm to old.
