My only personal experience with Jaguars was a few years ago when I was
involved in a shuttle fandango with the corporate side of the family. I was
supposed to fly with the pilot to Jupiter to pick up my aunt and accompany here
to the family vacation site on Kiawah Island. (I was hired help, not part of
the vacation package.) They had rented a car at the local airport so that I
could ferry said aunt the 20 or so miles to the rental. Turns out Hertz blew it
and there was no rental car waiting. Because this is something of a 1% area,
the company scrambled to produce a replacement: a brand new XJ-6 (or whatever
the XJ-6 had morphed into.) I had to drive sedately with my aunt in the car,
but the trip back to the airport was fun. I took the long way. The very long
way. Thing was, the elapsed time was about the same. <g>
