I think Ian had it right, based not just on the numberplate T1FANY, but also
the emblem with stylised "CMC" - it's a Tiffany made by Classic Motor

But whether Clenet or Tiffany, Moose " Doesn't really look American. I'd
guess European, perhaps French" was doubly mistaken. It really *does* look
American, and really *isn't* European! At the same time, I have to admit
that a Cord doesn't really look American either.
