Example, here in NY we have around 40 counties, each county has it's own
sales tax rate, some as high as 9%. Some rates go to 3 decimal places.
Here is Suffolk County it's 8.375%. A pain to keep track of when
invoicing software only goes to 2 decimal places. It's even collected on
shipping charges.
