Before my blood pressure mysteriously began to rise about a year ago it
had typically been moderately low at about 110/70. That was fine but
did have some side effects such as causing dizziness if I rose too
quickly from a squat, for example. I used to use extreme caution when
on the roof cleaning gutters, etc. Now that it's back down to levels
lower than before I haven't noticed such a problem which has been a bit
of a surprise. Then again I don't climb on the roof anymore. Well, not
lately at least.
