It looks like we need to be a little better about trimming our posts, guys.

Chuck, Lightroom now does far more than just global image adjustment.
Using layers is just one way to accomplish a bunch of tasks that
Lightroom now does in other ways. Localized editing is a tremendous
feature seen in LR3 which is now expanded even more in LR4. I think
you are way off base on this one, Chuck.  :)
