This was probably digitized with a Noritsu with the upsampling turned on. I
find that combination to be really aweful with some films. NPZ, for
example, is disaster city.
The benefit of the Kodak film is the wide exposure latitude. You can swing
the exposure two stops either way and get good results. But the grain level
does get a bit agressive.
