Northmberland is a great place, when the weather is half-decent, for
jet-watching, Piers. I love the place.
550kts was the top end of the airspeed scale and there was a pin to stop the
needle at that speed :-)
It doesn't seem that long ago, no. I'm glad that you understand :-)
