Thanks for that correction, Piers. The ES still reads like an offshoot of the
DM, in my opinion, although it is better than the Metro.
And I do worry about the proliferation of foreign ownership of our companies,
even the rubbish ones. I dread the day we start having to bank with US, Dutch
or Spanish ones; at the moment we still have a choice . . .
