Wow, lot's of stuff for me to do now. Thanks Ken, I will have to digest
this and look over my situation. I just reused the braided ground wire
I disconnected from the well casing and re-attached to 2 8 foot rods
driven into the ground near the well.

One problem I have are rocks. Unless I dig an 8 foot hole, it is
highly unlikely I can drive the rod into the ground. I got lucky with on rod
and the other only made it 7 feet.
