I used the card from my E-330, which contained 255 jpegs
PC inspector Smart Recovery seems to get most of them
http://download.cnet.com/PC-Inspector-Smart-Recovery/3000-2242_4-10066144.html
You'll need to run it with admin rights, and set it to intensive mode
(only found 9 files from 155 in normal mode)
It does seem to have found a few previously deleted and partly
overwritten ones, too. This may not be a good thing.
Total files found was 312.
MJM Free Photo recovery did a very thorough (and time consuming)
search and claimed to find 690 photos. This also needed to be run
with admin rights.

This again included many which had been deleted ages ago, and quite a
few which were obviously not photos at all (they were blank). Seemed
to find all the ones that should have been there though.
Hope that helps.

Stand firm for what you believe in, until and unless logic and experience
prove you wrong. Remember: when the emperor looks naked, the emperor *is*
naked, the truth and a lie are not "sort-of the same thing" and there is
no aspect, no facet, no moment of life that can't be improved with pizza.
