I recently tried some of the ones below but was not really satisfied. Free
trails do seem to have a catch.
The one I used was Testdisk/Photorec. Read the wiki and start from there <
http://www.cgsecurity.org/wiki/PhotoRec>.
Actually it is dos based, but don't let that put you off.
