Hmm.
No problem dealing with Kelvin directly on my end for the one "Pro" C/Y
adapter I purchased They chipped it with the chip I sent them, it was
installed properly and the adapter is fine. Sounds like a comedy of
errors/incompetence on the office end and poor QA on the "consumer"
adapter.
I expected the tech support people to be a bit more knowledgeable about
the nuances of the chips available, but they didn't seem
that interested. That be said, few reports on FM alt forum regarding
trouble with cust service or the "pro " adapters. At least they are in
the US and you can call and they eventually will make good. Hope your
new one works out. I'll change my opinion on Fotodiox from positive to
"neutral."
Mike
Well, after several weeks, Fotodiox has their gear back and I have my
money
back. It was a long, slightly dark journey.
