By which you mean a sort-of-OCR system - feed in the sound, out comes the
score? I think there is nothing available, Brian.
But if you mean to feed in a PDF, out comes a MIDI file, then
http://www.visiv.co.uk/ might be worth a look. It can output, I believe, in
a format which Sibelius can then read. But Sibelius is not cheap - you also
might find Lilypond at http://lilypond.org worth a look, and you can run
the same Music-XML into Lilypond to get nicely printed scores. Very nicely
printed!
