Yes, it came with CS5. Adobe tries to have at least one 'must have' new feature
in each release. I first tried it with
the Healing Brush, and wasn't much impressed. I'd seen a video example on their
site that looked great, but it depends a
lot on the subject/background how well it works.
But select something you want to disappear, expand and feather the selection
quite a bit, then Fill=>Content Aware, and
poof, it's magic. Probably has problems with some backgrounds, but with my
mostly outdoors pics, it's been great.
