Here is what I would like to carry:
OM-4T and OM-1n (as backup/b+w camera) with a lens for each
Mamiya 7 w/ 80/4
and an E-P2 for my wife and for digital snapshots.
My dilemma is with which lenses to take. I have the 21/2, 28/2, 50/1.2,
50/1.4, 50/3.5, 100/2, 135/3.5. I want to go as small as possible, but
without sacrificing quality. I also worry about losing expensive lenses.
I
seriously considered buying a 24/2.8 *just* for this trip, but that's just
plain GAS.

For years I only had a 28, a 50 and a 135 mm. This kit covers maybe more
than 90% of the possible photo opps. I would go with that, with a "normal"
50 mm adding an extention tube for macro photos.
I must say that my small kit, that I can bring with me the whole day even
when hiking, consist in the OM4-T and a 21/3.5, 28/2, 50/1.8, 85/2,
135/2.8
an extention tube and a pol filter, all in a waterproof case of 20x25x13
cm
(roughly 8"x10"x5"). It is a tight fit and all lenses are in their pouch,
for anti-scratching purpose. Love the smallness of the OM system!
